almond flour herb bread

ingredients + prep

Ingredients:

-4 eggs
-2 tbs EVOO
-1 tbs apple cider vinegar
-2 & 1/3 cup blanched almond flour
-1/4 cup ground flax
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp cumin
-A pinch of coriander
-Sprinkle of dried rosemary leaves 

Preparation:

Combine the dry ingredients, and combine the wet ingredients. Pour the wet into the dry and mix well (can use a mixer, or do by hand). Add the mixture into a greased loaf pan, and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. ***do toothpick test, if it comes out clean then it is ready to take out.
