-2 eggs -1 cup spinach -Peperjack cheese -Sourdough -Grass-fed butter -Half of an avocado -Tomato
Preparation:
I took a slab of grass-fed butter and let it heat up in a skillet, added in my spinach and sautéed it until it completely wilted. Next I took another slab of butter and let it melt, and added in my beaten eggs which I added Himalayan pink salt and black pepper to. I cooked it on medium heat and slowly folded the egg on top of each other. try not to be aggressive with cooking it, and scrambling it up. Just gently fold it on each other, the eggs will turn out a lot fluffier and softer. Next I toasted a slice of toast and added on my cheese, tomato and avocado. I sprinkled "everything but the bagel" on top. I get the seasoning from Trader Joes.
