recipe + Directions

Morning smoothie time! Refreshing and nutritious.

Ingredients:

-
half an avocado 
-1 cup frozen cauliflower
-1 tsp MCT oil (or brain octane oil)
-1 tbs of collagen
-1/4 cup ice cubes
-1/3 cup water
-topped with pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, and fresh blueberries

Directions:

1. Gather all ingredients and blend for 3 minutes
2. Top with toppings
