Banana blueberry nut butter muffins

Ingredients + prep

Ingredients:

-2 eggs
-1 cup water
-1 banana
-1/4 blueberries
-1/4 cup ground flax seed
-1 tsp vanilla 
-1 tsp cinnamon 
-2 tbsp coconut oil
-2 cups almond flour 
-1/4 collagen peptides
-1/4 cup Crazy Richards  peanut butter 

Preparation:

Combine the 2 eggs, banana (mashed), vanilla, coconut oil and mix thoroughly. Then combine in a separate bowl the ground flax, almond flour, collagen peptides, cinnamon and mix them together. Next add in the wet ingredients and fold it into the dry. Then add in the 1 cup water and mix well. Now the fun part! Take a muffins pan and line them with muffin tins, using a ice-cream scooper, scoop in the mix into the tins. Bake for about 25 minutes (do toothpick test) at 350 degrees in the oven.
