brocolli hummus w/ egg

ingredients + prep

Ingredients:

-Brocolli
-2 tbs hummus
-Red pepper
-Half an avocado
-1 egg
-Sauerkraut 
-1 slice of sourdough 

Preparation:

​First I steamed the broccoli. Then I fried my egg in grass-fed butter, and plated it alongside my other ingredients. I topped my avocado toast with cayenne pepper and hemp seeds.
