-2 large pieces of chicken breast **antibiotic free & free of hormones -1/3 cup avocado mayo -1/4 cup chopped up celery ***(if you don't have celery, you can use green onion instead with the same measurements) -1/4 cup shredded carrots
Preparation:
Boil the chicken in water until fully cooked. Then shred or chop the chicken up. Assemble all ingredients and mix well. Season with black pepper, and pink himalayan salt. Serve on a slice of sourdough, or enjoy with your choice of veggies. In my plate I included sweet potatoes and spinach both cooked in avocado oil.
