-2 eggs -1 tsp cinnamon (can add more) -1 tsp baking soda -1 1/2 cup almond flour -1 tbsp vanilla extract -2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup) -2 tbsp almond butter -dark chocolate chips -2 bananas -1/4 cup walnuts (can add more) -1/4 cup melted coconut oil
Preparation:
Mash the two bananas in a large bowl and whisk together the eggs, vanilla extract, coconut oil, honey and almond butter. Then add in the dry ingredients, the baking soda, almond flour and cinnamon. Then mix in the chocolate chips and walnuts, divide into 12 muffins and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20-25 minutes. Check with a toothpick, if it comes out clean then they are done.
