-Jasmin rice -1/4 tsp turmeric -Pinch of pink Himalayan salt & black pepper -Cherry tomatoes -Half an avocado -1 egg -Feta cheese -Green onion
Preparation:
First I cooked my rice and added in the turmeric, salt and pepper. Next I boiled an egg for 6 minutes, and placed it in a ice bath for 2 minutes. I assembled the plate by laying my rice on the bottom. Topped it with a soft boiled egg, tomatoes, avocado, feta cheese, and green onions. Also seasoned with "everything but the bagel".
