-1 egg -2 slices of sourdough -Half of an avocado -Handful of spinach -Grass-fed butter -Organic peanut butter -Zero refined sugar grape jam -Hemp seeds
Preparation:
Toasted my two slices of bread. On one side I laid down the peanut butter and jam, topped with hemp seeds. The the side had spinach, topped with mashed avocado seasoned with garlic powder and black pepper. It was topped with a fried egg cooked in grass-fed butter. Simple, easy and delicious!
