Peanut Butter cookies

ingredients + prep

Ingredients:
-10 medjool dates 
-1/4 cup walnuts
-1 tbsp honey
-7 tbsp of Crazy Richards peanut butter 
-1 cup gluten free oats 

Preparation:

1. In a food processor put the gluten free oats along with the walnuts and process for 1 min. (or until very fine in texture)
2. Next add in the 10 dates and process for 2 minutes...don't want any clumps!
3. Now you can add in the honey, and peanut butter and continue to process for another 2 minutes.
4. Lastly, take a ice-cream scooper and scoop them into 8 cookies. Place them on some parchment paper.
5. Take a fork and crease them in a criss cross fashion.
6. Freeze for 1 hour and enjoy!
7. If you want to be fancy you can dip these in a cacao powder + coconut oil mixture, or you're favorite dark chocolate.
