I LOVE making this mostly in the months of October and November because of how festive and delicious it is.

Ingredients:
-1 and 3/4 cup almond flour -1/4 cup coconut flour -1 banana -1 cup pumpkin puree -2 eggs (can substitute with a flax egg for vegan purposes) -1/2 tsp baking powder -1/2 tsp pumpkin spice -1/2 tsp cinammon -1/3 cup dark chocolate chips + sprinkle of cacao nibs -1/2 cup cashew milk (any nut milk)
Directions:
1. Mix all wet ingredients 2. Add all dry ingredients to wet and mix thoroughly 3. Grease a loaf pan with ghee or grass-fed butter 4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes (or until your toothpick test comes out clean)
