-12 pitted deglet noor dates -1 cup almond flour -1/4 cup water -1/4 cup cacao powder -3 tbs coconut butter -2 tbs cashew butter (any nut butter, but I prefer cashew) -1 tbs honey -Turmeric + collagen (as much as you'd like)
Prep:
Using a food processor, combine the 12 dates and water and process for 30 seconds. Add in the remaining ingredients and process for about 2 minutes, until smooth and creamy. The texture of the batter should be somewhat thick and able to be formed into a ball. Makes about 10 servings, each raw ball contains ~1.2 dates. n * * * This is the perfect treat to cut your craving and is super low in natural sugar. There is no added or refined sugar in this, which makes it a guilt free delicious treat.
