The sweet potatoes I got pre-cut from Traders Joes which I sauteed in avocado oil, until crisp. Topped it with parsley, and pink himalayan salt . The egg I boiled for 6.5 minutes, then placed it in an ice bath for 2-3 minutes. On my plate, we also have some beets, cucumber, tomatoes, and grape leaves stuffed with rice (recipe coming soon).
